We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

• We deliver to all Indian States and UK Regions.

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (customs delays may apply)

Tracking & Delays

• Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

• Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Undelivered Orders

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers must cover reshipping costs.

• Failed deliveries after multiple attempts may result in order cancellation and refund (excluding shipping fees).
