Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at vasusretails@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
