Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
Contact customer support at vasusretails@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
